Connect your custom domain in minutes
Point yourbrand.com at a GeminiLaunch site with a few DNS records. No servers, no certificate files — just copy what the dashboard shows, wait for DNS, and verify.

Open Domains in your dashboard
Sign in, go to Domains, and click Add Domain. You need Pro or Scale for custom domains — Free sites stay live on their GeminiLaunch subdomain.

Enter the domain you already own
Type example.com or www.example.com (no https://, no trailing slash). GeminiLaunch will show the exact DNS records to add next. You can usually add apex and www together.

Add the DNS records at your registrar
Log into Namecheap, GoDaddy, Cloudflare, Google Domains, or wherever you bought the domain. Open DNS settings and create the records GeminiLaunch lists — typically an A record for the root domain and a CNAME for www. Copy values from your dashboard; they are the source of truth.

Wait a few minutes, then verify
DNS usually updates in 5–30 minutes (sometimes up to 24 hours). Click Verify now, or close the window — we keep checking and email you when it connects. Status moves from Pending to Connected.

Use it on a live site
Once Connected, attach the domain when you publish or update a project. We issue free SSL automatically. Your old GeminiLaunch subdomain keeps working unless you change it.
Quick tips
Cloudflare users
Set the record to DNS only (grey cloud) while connecting. You can turn the orange proxy back on after the domain shows Connected.
Wrong values?
Always use the records shown in GeminiLaunch for your domain. Generic A/CNAME examples online can be outdated.
Still Pending?
Double-check hostnames (@ vs www), remove conflicting old records, and check progress on whatsmydns.net.
Common questions
Do I need to buy a domain from GeminiLaunch?
No. Buy (or use) a domain from any registrar, then connect it in the Domains page. GeminiLaunch shows the DNS records to paste.
Is SSL included?
Yes. After the domain verifies, we issue a free HTTPS certificate automatically. You do not install certificates yourself.
Can I move a domain between projects?
Yes. Detach it from one project in Domains (it returns to your pool), then attach it when you publish another site.
What if I get stuck?
Email contact@geminilaunch.com with your account email and the domain name. Include a screenshot of your DNS records if you can — we usually reply within one business day.
