Overview
GeminiLaunch helps you publish AI-generated HTML and React sites to live URLs, including optional custom domains. This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. For rules of use, billing, and content responsibility, see our Terms of Service.
Information we collect
Account and profile. When you sign up or sign in, we process information needed to run the service—typically your email address, authentication identifiers managed by our auth provider, and subscription or plan details associated with your account.
Sites and publishing data. When you create or update a project, we store the content and settings you provide so we can host and deliver your site. That may include HTML or React source, metadata (such as title and description), favicon or image URLs you supply, project names, and the public hostname or subdomain we assign or that you connect.
Custom domains. If you connect your own domain, we process the hostname and related DNS or verification data needed to issue, validate, and operate your domain on our infrastructure.
Payments. Paid plans are processed by our payment partner. We do not store your full card number on GeminiLaunch servers; payment data is handled according to the partner's policies and industry standards (for example, PCI-DSS where applicable).
Support and communications. If you email us or contact support, we keep those messages and our replies as needed to resolve issues and improve the product.
Technical and security data. Like most hosted services, we receive limited technical data when you use the platform or visit published pages—such as IP address, device and browser type, timestamps, and diagnostic logs. We use this to operate, secure, and troubleshoot the service and to detect abuse.
Cookies and similar technologies
We use cookies and similar technologies that are essential for authentication and session security (for example, keeping you signed in). You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings; disabling essential cookies may prevent parts of the service from working correctly.
How we use information
- Provide, host, update, and display the sites you publish
- Authenticate accounts, prevent fraud, and protect the platform
- Process subscriptions, invoices, and plan changes
- Respond to support requests and communicate service-related notices
- Maintain reliability, monitor performance, and fix errors
- Comply with law and enforce our Terms of Service
We do not sell your personal information in the conventional sense of selling lists of individuals to third parties for their own marketing.
How we share information
We share data with vendors that help us run GeminiLaunch, under appropriate safeguards and only as needed for their role. Categories of recipients include:
- Authentication and database (for example, Supabase) for accounts, sessions, and stored project data
- Payments (for example, Stripe) for billing paid plans
- Hosting and infrastructure for serving the application and published sites, including domain and edge configuration where applicable
We may also disclose information if required by law, legal process, or a good-faith belief that disclosure is necessary to protect rights, safety, or the integrity of the service.
Retention
We keep account and project data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. If you delete a site or your account, we delete or anonymize associated data within a reasonable period, subject to backups, legal obligations, and legitimate interests such as fraud prevention.
Security
We use administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; we encourage strong passwords and careful handling of API keys or secrets in your own code.
Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export personal data, or to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at the email below. We will respond in line with applicable law.
You can update much of your account and project information directly in the product. You may close your account by contacting us if self-service account deletion is not available.
International users
GeminiLaunch may be operated from or hosted in the United States or other regions. If you use the service from another country, your information may be transferred to and processed in countries that may have different data protection laws than your own. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers.
Children
GeminiLaunch is not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have collected such information, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the revised version on this page and update the "Last updated" date. For material changes, we may also notify you by email or an in-product notice where appropriate.
